ROBERT E. WIGGINS focuses his legal practice on motion picture production company corporate structure, music company structure and agreements, Music artist agreements and production legal services. He has represented a motion picture production and distribution company since 2001 working in both its Florida and Hollywood offices, and has worked on several theatrical and home video releases including The Groomsmen with Ed Burns and Brittany Murphy; Harsh Times with Christian Bale, Freddy Rodriguez and Eva Longoria; Van Wilder 2: The Rise of Taj with Kal Penn; and the soon to be released The Flock with Richard Gere and Claire Danes; and I Could Never Be Your Woman with Michelle Pfeiffer, Paul Rudd and Jon Lovitz.

Wiggins has drafted and negotiated music agreements, production agreements, distribution agreements, rights agreements, licensing agreements and bank loan agreements for the above named and other motion picture productions and music artists. He forms and structures motion picture production companies for maximum film rights and liability protection.

Before practicing law, Wiggins worked extensively in retail and business management. Wiggins studied motion picture production and graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications. He worked as a freelance production assistant and worked as a full-time film and video editor for a local broadcast station, from 1983 to 1988. In 1988 he commenced attending law school at Stetson University College of Law where another student and he formed the first Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law Society at Stetson. Wiggins served as Vice President, and then President of the Society.

Wiggins brings both legal and practical experience to his legal advocacy and representation of clients.
